1. Q: Can I print on an uneven surface? Can l print a bottle, for example?
A: Yes, but it needs to used with the fixed plate when it is used. (the fiexed plate is sent)

2. Q: After the ink cartridge is used out, can it be replaced quickly?
A: Yes. Our original ink cartridges are available for sale, if you need more ink cartridges you can contact us.

3. Q: When it can not print how to do?
A: (1) Reprint the file again.
(2) Check whether the synchronous wheel belt off
(3) Check whether there is ink in the cartridge.
(4) Check the parameters are correct.
(5) Whether the power is enough, charge and spray again.
(6) After power off the printer, reinstall the printing cartridge correctly.
(7) Please check whether there is debris on the surface of the nozzle, if any, please wipe it off gently with tissue paper.

4. Q: Can print, but not clear, how to do?
A: (1) Check the surface of the nozzle if clean, dry, with a special wipe carefully clean nozzle surface.
(2) When the printer is power off, take out the ink cartridge, shake the nezzle downward several times, sticks the tissue paper on the surface of the nozzle and shakes up and down.
(3) Clean the nozzle with the alcohol, after dry, try printing again
